Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and onboard new talent

Sourcing CVs through multiple channels for bulk hiring

Screening job applications

Shortlisting suitable candidates

Conducting initial phone calls and booking interviews

Create recruitment advertisements—Post and place ads.

Manage the recruitment database.
Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.

1 year of experience as a talent recruiter or a similar role

Familiarity with headhunting techniques, resume databases, and professional networks
