BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Overview:
BDEs are people who are tasked with driving company's sales by identifying new clients and catering to the existing clientele through added offerings; this is an integral role which is directly prepotential to not only their own growth but also the company's.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after areas to maximize sales.

Maintain healthy relationship with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities.

Maintain client data and update it in company’s client database.

Take periodic client follow-ups, in order to address their concerns/queries (if any) and inform them on new company offers/products.

Networking with potential clients to maximize sales.

Arrange business meetings with potential clients.
-
Mature sale leads and meet monthly sales targets.

Submission of work reports on daily basis.
-
Providing comprehensive / reliable client feedback and sales closing report.

Submission of client meeting report along with progress on daily basis.

Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.

Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial
concerns. -
Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business
prospects. -
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as payment
receipts, forms & contracts. -
Accompanying clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale.

Ad hoc tasks.

Any other task assigned by the line manager or department head.
Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

1-2 Years of Experience in Real Estate/ Sales sector.

Strong personality with excellent communication skills,
-
Strong computer skills for making reports, presentations.
